Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you have a paid subscription:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• After cancellation, your account will revert to free-tier access.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a platform error and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• Within 7 days: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Content that has been fully accessed or downloaded.
• Subscriptions after the 7-day window has passed.
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).

To request a refund:

1. Email us at amarbiradar147@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
3. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
